C&M creates custom connectors to fit a customer’s requirements. C&M does not offer a line of standard connector products since we enjoy excellent relationships with major connector manufacturers. |

We manufacture coil cords with diameters up to 4 inches from nearly any type of thermoplastic cable. |

We consider our main markets to be Industrial, Multimedia, Data Collection, Medical, Defense & Public Safety, and Datacom & Telecom. |

What is your standard lead-time? |
|
Lead-time is naturally based upon material availability. For cables, cable assemblies, and coil cords using standard materials, our normal lead-time is 4-6 weeks. Where a customer’s schedule is accelerated, many products can be created much more quickly. |

Do you stock product? |
|
We predominantly make our products to order, but we will gladly develop a stocking program with a customer to ensure material is always available. |

Are you ISO, UL and CSA compliant? |
|
Very simply, Yes. C&M is ISO-9001-certified. Many of our products are listed with UL and CSA. |

Is C&M RoHS-compliant? |
|
Yes, again. C&M cable products are now RoHS-compliant and all of our other products will be compliant well before the July 2006 deadline. |

Can you manufacture flat profile cables? |
|
Absolutely. C&M has many standard products with flat profiles suitable for use in DeviceNet systems and festoon cable assemblies. |

Does C&M have in-house testing capabilities for flexing, electrical and mechanical? |
|
C&M has extensive test capabilities including flex tests for C-Track, MIL-137776, FT-4, and +/- 360° Torsion. We also have a UL-certified burn chamber to speed listings. |

Can you do silicone-molded assemblies for autoclave sterilization? |
|
Yes. C&M has developed some excellent techniques to bond silicone rubber to cables and connectors. |

Does C&M have in-house mold tooling design and fabrication? |
|
All of C&M mold tools are designed in-house. Fabrication of the tooling is performed both in-house and at selected leading toolmakers. |
